Hi friends. My name is David Williams, owner of Trusted Homes Solutions (THS). THS was founded in January 2019 with a clear vision: to create a customer experience and employment model that I could be proud of. After years of working with larger companies, I wanted to build something different—something personal, where the daily interactions with customers and employees are rooted in respect, quality, and genuine care. Today our goal is simple: to bring an exceptional experience from our family to yours.
As one of the owners of the company, along with my wife Niki, I’m deeply involved in the business every day, with my family fully supporting and participating alongside me.Like any successful small business, it truly takes a village—or in our case, a family. We work together to ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the best service possible. While it would be wonderful to pass the business on to one of my children someday, I want them to follow their own dreams. For now, our focus remains on being great at what we do and growing our business by consistently delivering the right experience to everyone we serve.
Our team is small but mighty, with seven dedicated employees, including former military personnel, first responders, and bilingual technicians. We pride ourselves on the strong, supportive relationships we’ve built within our team, with the shortest tenure being 2.5 years. We believe that treating our employees well is just as important as treating our customers well, and this philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.
At Trusted Homes Solutions, our motto is simple: "Bringing our passion for servicing people to your home on a daily basis." We truly strive to nail the customer experience every time, knowing that if we get that right, everything else will fall into place. Whether you're looking for professional installation of home automation systems, DISH services, or HughesNet internet, we are committed to providing the best possible service, delivered by a team that cares.
Now I would like to introduce you to our team members:
I’ve been working in the Dish Network and home services industry for over 18 years. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of expanding my expertise to include audio/video smart home systems, TV mounting, and security intelligence. I truly enjoy every aspect of our business, and there’s always something new and exciting to tackle.
On a personal note, I’m looking forward to celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary this fall with a cruise to the Bahamas. My wife and I are thrilled to enjoy some time away, while our two girls will be staying stateside with their grandparents—thankfully! 😉 When I’m not working, you’ll often find me in my woodworking shop or participating in snow sculpting competitions during the winter.
What I love most about working at Trusted Home Solutions is building long-lasting relationships with our customers. It’s incredibly rewarding when customers I’ve worked with years ago reach out for help with the next phase of their lives. Being able to assist them again is a privilege, and it’s something I’m always happy to do.

I’ve been a technician for nearly 10 years, with the last three of those spent at Trusted Home Solutions. My expertise lies in Dish Network, HughesNet, and smart home technology, and I take great pride in helping our customers get the most out of their services.
When I’m not working, I’m a big sports fan and love spending time with my family. For me, the best part about being a technician is the opportunity to solve problems and help people. There’s nothing more satisfying than knowing I’ve made a positive difference in someone’s day.

When I’m not on the job, I love spending time with my family. It’s important to me to balance my work with quality time at home. What I enjoy most about servicing Trusted Home Solutions customers is the chance to meet new people and help them as much as I can. On a personal note, I’m a proud father of three wonderful girls and have been happily married for 19 years. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, camping, and enjoying all the little things that make life special.

My journey includes a distinguished 17-year career at Dish Network, where I started as a technician and eventually rose to the position of Field Service Manager, a role I held for nearly seven years. Since then, I've dedicated myself to perfecting my craft, completing some truly remarkable home transformations that began as simple visions.
Working for Trusted Homes Solutions has been a game-changer for me. This company has enabled me to maximize my potential, allowing me to be the best version of myself—not just for my customers, but also for my family, friends, and most importantly, for me.
On the personal side, I'm a proud father of two. I love spending time with my large family, watching the 49ers with my son, and both playing and coaching him in basketball. Family and sports are a big part of my life, and they keep me grounded and motivated.
