Hi friends. My name is David Williams, owner of Trusted Homes Solutions (THS). THS was founded in January 2019 with a clear vision: to create a customer experience and employment model that I could be proud of. After years of working with larger companies, I wanted to build something different—something personal, where the daily interactions with customers and employees are rooted in respect, quality, and genuine care. Today our goal is simple: to bring an exceptional experience from our family to yours.
As one of the owners of the company, along with my wife Niki, I’m deeply involved in the business every day, with my family fully supporting and participating alongside me.Like any successful small business, it truly takes a village—or in our case, a family. We work together to ensure that every customer feels valued and receives the best service possible. While it would be wonderful to pass the business on to one of my children someday, I want them to follow their own dreams. For now, our focus remains on being great at what we do and growing our business by consistently delivering the right experience to everyone we serve.
Our team is small but mighty, with seven dedicated employees, including former military personnel, first responders, and bilingual technicians. We pride ourselves on the strong, supportive relationships we’ve built within our team, with the shortest tenure being 2.5 years. We believe that treating our employees well is just as important as treating our customers well, and this philosophy is at the heart of everything we do.

We truly strive to nail the customer experience every time, knowing that if we get that right, everything else will fall into place. Now I would like to introduce you to our team members:
I have spent the past 19 years serving the northern Illinois area in the home entertainment industry, focusing on satellite cable and sales. I dedicated nearly two decades to Dish Network as a technician, where I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
On a personal note, I’m a proud father of three wonderful girls and have been happily married for 19 years. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, camping, and enjoying all the little things that make life special.
